One of the main points they talked about was customizing the user experience across all of your media, for example, website, mobile website, social media, email. Internet Marketing thought leaders from across North America spoke on a variety of important topics, such as the changing patterns of how people are using the internet, and what they expect from a website these days.

October 23 – 24, 2012 – Ken attended the Inbound Marketing Conference. Among other topics they stressed the uses of ‘big data’ to personalize messages to your customers. The industry’s latest Inbound Marketing strategies were explained and demonstrated. Increasing traffic to your website, converting them to leads, and converting leads to customers were hot topics.

September 14 – 15, 2011 – Ken attended the HubSpot Inbound Marketing Summit at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. This world class event included presentations by Guy Kawasaki, Dan Zarrella, Larry Augustin, Dharmesh Shah, Youngme Moon, Nick Saber, and 29 others. It was a great event with many inspiring and informative talks. One of the points they stressed is the importance of adding high quality content to your website on a regular basis.
